A message from
Martin Grant, Owner/Chief Inspector, Noteworthy Property
Inspections:
"You may or
may not be aware that the Home Inspection profession is not licensed in the
State of California. Historically the State has accepted that the industry
is successfully self-regulated. The California Real Estate Inspection
Association (CREIA) is the oldest and largest association representing home
inspectors in California. In it's current press release CREIA discusses the
benefits of hiring a CREIA Certified Inspector. I have reproduced the
press release below, and I hope that you will take a moment to read it to
discover the benefits of hiring a CREIA Certified
Inspector".
