"Spring is here, and soon we will be changing the clocks to Daylight Savings Time. Please use and distribute our Spring checklist for seasonal tips on easy home checkups for the homeowner.

In this newsletter we have also included useful safety information on some of the issues we commonly see during the home inspection. In particular we have included information on oven tipping accidents due to the lack on an anti-tip bracket, and a great checklist that helps you determine where and when ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protected outlets are required in various parts of the home.
