A message from
Martin Grant, Owner/Chief Inspector, Noteworthy Property
Inspections:
"I hope to see many of you at the
Pacific West Association of Realtors (PWAOR) Expo on Tuesday July 19 at the
Disneyland Hotel. Please stop by and visit with me at Booth #712. For free
entry to the Expo you need to register in advance at www.PWAOR.com or
888-4PW-POWE(R).
In this issue of my
newsletter I have several articles to help Realtors, Buyers, and
Sellers better understand the home inspection process; from sellers
disclosure obligations, to preparing for your home inspection, and finally tips
on how to address the results of the home inspection with the
sellers.
It's a great time of year to be outdoors
in the garden. I have included an interesting on-line article which gives all
kinds of resources to help you plan your garden. For those of us who live in
residences without our own garden spaces, there are a number of community
gardens which offer us the gardening experience. I have provided links to one
such garden in Long Beach which offers garden plots to Long Beach residents
for a nominal annual fee."
