In addition, we offer a variety of Realtor educational presentations which we can bring to your office to help clarify or provide information on home inspection issues for you and your colleagues - just print, complete, and return the attached request form if you would like to use this free service.

Recently several buyers and owners of older homes have asked me about earthquake upgrades for their homes. The attached article discusses some of the common upgrades available, some of which can be installed by the home owner.

Finally, we have included information from ASHI providing details of air conditioning system check-ups the home owner can make before the really hot weather hits and they need to use their systems on a regular basis. "
