Company Profile

Noteworthy Property Inspections is a full-service property inspection company based in Long Beach, California. We serve Orange County, LA County, and surrounding areas. We provide inspections for both buyers and sellers. Our inspections follow the Standards of Practice and Ethics of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).

Martin Grant, owner and operator of Noteworthy, is a Certified CREIA Inspector and ICC Certified Combination Residential Inspector with a background in engineering, project management, construction, and inspection. He performs professional, detail oriented inspections using a narrative-style photo-illustrated computer generated reporting system.

Mr. Grant obtained his formal Property Inspection education from Inspection Training Associates, and has been actively performing property inspections since 2004. He is a Certified Inspector member of CREIA and is an active member of the Orange County Chapter. CREIA Inspectors are held to a high standard of ethics and technical knowledge and must maintain a minimum of 30 continuing education credits annually.

Mr. Grant entered the Property Inspection profession with 18-years of experience in a variety of Engineering and Project Management positions. During this time he gained a California General Engineering Contractors License, and was responsible for managing a variety of industrial design/build projects.
