Martin Grant, owner and operator of Noteworthy Property Inspections, has successfully completed the Pool and Spa Inspection training module offered by leading home inspection trainer Inspection Training Associates.

Pool and Spa inspections are typically offered as an optional part of the Home Inspection process. The inspection includes a review of the pool and/or spa itself, the key safety requirements such as enclosures and gates, and the associated equipment such as pumps, heaters, filters, and lights.

Noteworthy provides inspections for both home buyers and home sellers. Their inspections follow the Standards of Practice and Ethics of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
