Certified CREIA Inspector Status Awarded

Martin Grant, owner and operator of Noteworthy Property Inspections, has been awarded Certified CREIA Inspector status by the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).

CREIA states: "Only members of CREIA who have successfully passed a written test of property system and who have completed 30-hours of education each year may use the CREIA logo in their marketing materials. The proper logo ensures consumers and REALTORS that the property inspector is qualified and subscribes to a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice."

Noteworthy provides inspections for both home buyers and home sellers. Their inspections follow the Standards of Practice and Ethics of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
