International Code Council Residential Combination Inspector Certification Achieved

October 2, 2006

Long Beach, California

Martin Grant, owner and operator of Noteworthy Property Inspections, has achieved Certified Residential Combination Inspector status with the International Code Council (ICC). This certification is awarded upon completion of four individual ICC building code examinations demonstrating a thorough knowledge of residential building, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems. Mr. Grant had previously achieved Certified Building Inspector status, awarded upon completion of residential building, and commercial building examinations. These are the same certifications that many municipalities require as prerequisites for their building inspectors.

ICC states: "The ICC Certification Program for Code Professionals is the nation's most comprehensive and most recommended voluntary certification program among states, jurisdictions and the building community. The ICC, a 50,000 member association dedicated to building safety, develops the codes used to construct residential and commercial buildings, including homes and schools. The majority of U.S. Cities, counties and states that adopt codes choose building safety and fire prevention codes developed by the ICC."

Noteworthy provides property inspection services for both buyers and sellers. Their inspections follow the Standards of Practice and Ethics of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
