CREIA Membership Examination Success

Martin Grant, owner and operator of Noteworthy Property Inspections, passed the demanding California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) membership examination on May 4, 2004. The examination tests the inspectors knowledge in the following areas: foundations, exteriors, attic/roof framing, interior, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and professional practices.

CREIA states: "The CREIA membership examination is very challenging, requiring knowledge in a variety of fields. This high standard is necessary for you to be considered a proficient inspector, a standard which upholds CREIA inspectors to be the most respected in the industry".

Passing the CREIA membership examination is the main requirement for obtaining "Inspector Member" status of this prestigious organization.

Noteworthy provides inspections for both home buyers and home sellers. Their inspections follow the Standards of Practice and Ethics of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
