League of California Homeowners Approved Inspector Status Awarded

Martin Grant, owner and operator of Noteworthy Property Inspections, has been awarded Certified & Approved Residential Home Inspector Status by the League of California Home Owners (LCH).

The LCH states: "The LCH Approved Inspector program grew out of one of the many services provided by LCH to its members. In California, home inspectors are not licensed. To assist homeowners in finding quality home inspectors LCH has created a criteria for what is now the "Approved" Inspector program. Inspectors who meet these high standards are eligible to participate in this special program. As LCH is not a trade association, the inspectors in the program are not members of LCH. Instead they are vendors who have met program service requirements. Thus, not all inspectors who apply for "Approval" make the grade."

Noteworthy provides inspections for both home buyers and home sellers. Their inspections follow the Standards of Practice and Ethics of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
