FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Noteworthy Property Inspections Announces Launch of Home Inspection Cost
Estimator
March 15, 2005
Long Beach, California
Noteworthy
Property Inspections,
has announced the launch of it's Excel spreadsheet based Home Inspection
Cost Estimator.
Martin Grant, Owner and Chief
Inspector of
Noteworthy
Property Inspections,
provided the following information:
"We
have developed
the
Home Inspection Cost Estimator spreadsheet to assist the real estate
community, and consumers in general, who would like to determine the cost of a
professional home inspection for a specific property. Realtors may often be
asked by their clients "what will the home inspection cost?", and our
Estimator will allow them to answer this questions quickly and easily by
entering property details such as size, age, and foundation type. In addition
to the cost of our standard home inspection it will also allow them to
evaluate the cost benefits of some of our optional inspections such as
pool/spa and landscape irrigation systems. All they need to do is download the spreadsheet from our
website link, and save it to their
desk-top for easy reference whenever they need to estimate the cost of a home
inspection."
Noteworthy
provides inspections for both home buyers and home
sellers. Their inspections follow the Standards of Practice and Ethics of the
California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
