International Code Council Building Inspector Certification Achieved

Long Beach, California

Martin Grant, owner and operator of Noteworthy Property Inspections, has achieved Certified Commercial Building Inspector status with the International Code Council (ICC). The certification was awarded based on the successful completion of an ICC examination demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the International Building Code.

ICC states: "The ICC Certification Program for Code Professionals is the nation's most comprehensive and most recommended voluntary certification program among states, jurisdictions and the building community. The ICC, a 50,000 member association dedicated to building safety, develops the codes used to construct residential and commercial buildings, including homes and schools. The majority of U.S. Cities, counties and states that adopt codes choose building safety and fire prevention codes developed by the ICC."

Noteworthy provides property inspection services for both buyers and sellers. Their inspections follow the Standards of Practice and Ethics of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
