LEED-AP Status Achieved

Martin Grant, owner and operator of Noteworthy Property Inspections, has earned the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP) status. LEED Professional Accreditation distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED certification process. LEED-APs have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System.

The LEED Green Building Rating System is designed to encourage energy and resource conservation in the construction and operation of buildings. Further information on the LEED Green Building Rating System and the LEED-AP accreditation program may be found on their website at WWW.USGBC.ORG.

Noteworthy provides residential and commercial property inspections, quality control inspections, and construction project management services for existing buildings, remodels, and new construction. Their inspections follow the Standards of Practice and Ethics of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
