We perform a thorough visual inspection of the property to provide an objective,
independent, professional opinion of the condition. The results of our
inspections are presented in a photo-illustrated narrative-style computer
generated report within one day of completion of the inspection.

In completing our inspection we follow the California Real Estate
Inspection Association (CREIA) guidelines. These guidelines define the scope
of the inspection for each of the above major areas. Please follow the

We utilize a narrative-style computer based reporting system that allows
us to provide color printed reports.
The reports may include photographs to further illustrate a comment. We
utilize a color coding system to clearly identify key items.
Our report follows the format of the CREIA standards of practice with a
section dedicated to each major area of the inspection.
As part of our service to the client, each report includes
"How To Operate Your Home -
An Owners Manual For Your Home" published by Mr. Fix-It.
The entire report is presented in a three-ring binder for
easy reference and storage.
